in 6.05.14 ver after download anstall install IDM extract IDMan.exe file to \Program Files\Internet Download Manager or whatever you installed it and replace IDMan.exe then open RUN.REG file and press Yes in dialogue message.

If after installing any version, you get an invalid serial message: Use Unregister.IDM.reg to unregister the program, uninstall IDM, reboot your computer, re-install the program, copy the patch into the program directory where the program is installed, please make sure that the program is not running, check the taskbar and exit the program, then run the patch, now you can run the program, if it will ask you for a serial, use the keygen to generate a serial for you
